2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER
Persons who wish to enter are not required to make a pledge or contribution.

3. Method of Entry
Participants (whether they actually make a pledge or not) can enter the drawing by (1) visiting the Support WCBE page at wcbe.org  (2) sending in a donation to THE WCBE FUND at 540 Jack Gibbs Blvd., Columbus, OH 43215 (3) calling 614.365.5711 or 614.722.7333 during the time period 12:01 AM ET March 1, 2008 to 11:59 PM ET May 17, 2008. Participants must enter the following information: full name, mailing address and email address by filling in the corresponding fields and hitting the submit button. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by WCBE on May 21, 2008. By submitting an entry to the contest, Participant acknowledges and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Prizes will be awarded only to winning eligible Participants who comply fully with these Official Rules.

4. Entry Time Period
The contest begins on March 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (Start Date) and ends on May 17, 2008 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (End Date). No entries will be accepted before the Start Date or after the End Date.

5. Eligibility
The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the Start Date and possess the legal capacity to be bound by and carry out all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the contest: (a) persons who on or after the Start Date, were or are employees or agents of WCBE or Columbus City Schools; (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live; or who reside in the same household, as any person in any of the preceding categories, whether related or not.

6. Odds
The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes
One Grand Prize winner will receive an autographed acoustic guitar and a staff autographed copy of Live from Studio A ~ Vol 10. One Runner-Up winner will receive a WCBE prize package which includes a 'CBE t-shirt, 'CBE coffee mug, Live from Studio A cds (volumes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and a staff autographed copy of Live from Studio A ~ Vol 10. 

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance
Winners will be notified via email on May 19, 2008. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by completing an Affidavit of Eligibility within five (5) days of winning notification. If the winner does not claim the prize or confirm acceptance within the required time frame, an alternate winner will be selected.
