RETURN to the FORBIDDEN PLANET

Loosely based on Shakespeares' "The Tempest" and the 1956 film "Forbidden Planet", Bob Carlton's Return to the Forbidden Planet blends the kitsch of 1950s Sci-Fi with high-energy rock n roll. Adventure and excitement blast off the stage, through the audience and into the future with this cult hit.

Shadowbox Musicals presents the Andrew Lloyd Webber / Tim Rice rock opea Jesus Christ Superstar. Powerful and political, JCS follows the lives of Jesus and Judas from the time of Jesus' arrival in Jerusalem through his crucifixion. Full of 21st century attitudes, the high-energy production boldly draws parallels between Christ's time and ours.
HOLIDAY HOOPLA XVII

Now in it's 17th edition, Holiday Hoopla XVII has become a tradition for many Shadowbox fans, with a show full of original sketch comedy that pokes fun at our undying will to make the holidays perfect and rockin' seasonal tunes from house band BillWho?. Complete with return acts from the hilarious send-up The Santa Babies and disgruntled first reindeer Dahser, Hoopla XVII rings in the holidays with wit and style.

As the companion to Shadowbox's Holiday Hoopla, the Holiday Lunchbox is a 45-minute stocking stuffer of laughs and music beginning at noon. Filled with holiday sketches and songs from Shadowbox's 17-year "hoopla" history, the Holiday Lunchbox is also home to The Snow Bunnies, a trio set to unwrap some hilarious antics and some very special versions of favorite Christmas standards.
