Jim Letizia
Morning Anchor & Reporter (Morning Edition)

Jim was born in a log studio near Mansfield in 1967. After delivering his landmark "Millersburg Address" in 1977, he moved to Florida, where he spent eight years in extreme heat defending his way of life from he retired cast of "Hee Haw" and others who thought him to be a Yankee carpetbagger. Jim escaped Florida under cover of darkness in 1987 moving to Columbus to attend classes in the Oho State University school of journalism. Shortly thereafter, he that the j-school was not very good, so he switched to liberal arts major.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida. Unlike Jessie Oddi, Jim does not have to be available for lockdown every night. When he's not slaving over a hot microwave, he can usually be found practicing his interpretation of "Greg-speak", compiling the Cleveland Browns' offensive game plan, or attempting to find a cheap plastic surgeon.
