It's Movie Time, Cinema Classics, and On the Marquee Co-host John teaches film at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, and serves on the boards of Shadowbox and Early Music in Columbus. DeSando is a former academic vice president at Franklin and president of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus. He has earned Silver Microphone, Communicator, LA Press Club, and MarCom national awards. A former vice chairman of The Film Council of Greater Columbus, he holds a bachelor's degree in English from Georgetown University and Ph.D. from The University of Arizona. |
