Columbus, OH – The state fund that gives money to villages, townships, cities and towns will take a huge hit under the new proposed two-year budget. And big changes are in store for the way the state handles long term care under Medicaid. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports on the reactions of people who depend on the state's funding in these two areas.

Columbus, OH – Ohio Governor John Kasich has unveiled his plan for a new two year state budget. It includes spending cuts for many government programs, but it also includes more flexibility for schools, cities, and others to deal with the money shortfalls. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
