911 Caller In John Crawford Case Will Not Be Prosecuted

nydailynews.com

A special prosecutor says a 911 caller won't be charged for reporting a black man waving a gun in a Beavercreek store before police fatally shot him. A grand jury previously concluded the August 2014 shooting of 22-year-old John Crawford III by white officers was justified. Ronald Ritchie told police he thought Crawford had a real firearm. Crawford was carrying a toy gun.
