Arrest Made In Victorian Village Slaying

Columbus Police have arrested a homeless man on charges of killing a woman who allowed him to live in her Victorian Village home.

35-year-old Jason Stubbs is accused of killing 73-year-old Carolyn Cummins Wednesday during an argument at her Highland Street home. Police say Cummins often sheltered  men and woman, and paid them to do house work.
