An Athens woman will serve 16 years in prison in connection with the death of her daughter last March.
Prosecutors say Christina Hazlett left the child in the custody of her boyfriend, who is charged with beating and killing the child. Jerry Andresen goes on trial in October, and Hazlett has agreed to testify against him.
