Clark County Sheriff's deputies have recaptured the inmate who escaped from the county jail Tuesday.
Deputies say Jennifer Tate escapted through a fence during a recreation period. She was captured within 30 minutes outside the Springfield Musuem of Art. Tate is now facing an escape charge on top of theft and other charges.
