Court Says Business Group Lacks Standing To Challenge Slots

The 10th Ohio Circuit court of appeals says the business group the Ohio Roundtable lacks the legal standing to challenge Governor John Kasich's decision to legalize video lottery terminals at seven horse tracks.The ruling upholds one issued earlier by a Franklin County judge.  The group filed its lawsuit in October 2011, arguing it is unconstitutional to make the move without asking voters. The Roundtable says it could appeal.
