Dayton Hotel Owners Sue Wright State Over Lost Presidential Debate Revenue

marriott.com

The owners of a Dayton hotel want the money they lost through canceled reservations when Wright State University decided last year not to host the first presidential debate. The lawsuit by the managers of the Marriott at the University of Dayton claims they lost 170 thousand dollars. The suit names Wright State, a consultant who landed the event and the Commission on Presidential Debates. The school has yet to comment.
