Ohio Democrats plan to stage the first in a series of gubernatorial debates next month. Party Chair David Pepper says the four candidates will debate on September 12 at Martins Ferry High School. He says they hope to debate in all of the state's regions. He says Democrats want to highlight that they will be the candidates of change and how the state has been hurt by Republican policies.
