Drunken Driver Convicted In Fatal Delaware County Crash

A Delaware County Grand Jury has indicted the man accused of causing a four-vehicle crash last week that killed a woman and injured her infant.Prosecutors say 45-year-old Marc Kraft was drunk last Thursday when he crossed the center line crashed into another vehicle at Routes 23 and 315. 36-year-old Heidi Hecker was killed. The child was treated and released.
