Federal prosecutors say the first of 19 Columbus men charged as associates of the Trevitt and Atcheson Crips gang has pleaded guilty to conspiracy and racketeering charges.
26-year-old Dominique Bryant is one of the people indicted last year in a racketeering conspiracy that includes five murders, multiple attempted murders, other violent crimes and drug-trafficking offenses. Prosecutors say the gang controlled the King-Lincoln neighborhood through intimidation, fear and violence. The others have yet to enter a plea.
