The State Highway Patrol says fog may have contributed to a Christmas Eve crash that that killed a Pataskala man.
Troopers say 72-year-old Roy Rose was standing near the passenger side of his car after it got stuck in a snow embankment when a vehicle driven by 78-year-old Richard Runzel of Granville hit Rose's car, causing it to spin and hit Rose. Runzel his passenger, 73-year-old Emogene Henry of Galloway, sustained minor injuries. Troopers say charges likely will not be filed.
