Former Ohio State quarterback and Heisman winner Troy Smith is due to appear in court Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence and marijuana possession. The 31-year-old Smith was arrested early Sunday in Westerville. In dashcam video, Smith remarks when asked to walk a straight line: "This is the home of the Buckeyes and this is what y'all do".
