An Athens County grand jury has indicted the former mayor of Coolville on allegations of stealing money from the village.
47-year-old Teresa Holsinger faces charges of theft in office and tampering with records. Holsinger is charged with failing to deposit money from tickets, fines and other payments between November 2014 and September 2017 while serving as mayor and court clerk. A trial date is pending.
