Four People Charged In Death Of Navy Diver From Ohio

The U.S. Navy is charging four sailors for their roles in the training accident deaths of two divers in Maryland. Diver 1st Class James Reyher of Caldwell, Ohio, and Diver 2nd Class Ryan Harris drowned February 26th while working at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. Names of those charged have yet to be released, but authorities say they will be arraigned on Wednesday and Thursday. Last August, five sailors were given administrative punishment for their roles in the deaths.
