Henry Green Autopsy Report Released

Family photo via Columbus Division of Police

An autopsy report shows the man killed by Columbus police in June was shot by officers seven times. The Franklin County Coroner's office says 23-year-old Henry Green's blood tested positive for trace amounts of alcohol and THC. Green was shot by undercover officers Jason Bare and Zach Rosen in South Linden June 6. Witnesses say the officers were in plain clothes and did not identify themselves before opening fire. Police say Green was holding a gun. Protestors in late June called for an independent investigation.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
