The Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted a Columbus man in connection with last year's death of a tow-truck driver on the North Side.
Prosecutors say the blood alcohol level of 59-year-old Thomas Fredrick was three times the legal limit when his car struck and killed 60-year-old William Houck as he as moving a disabled vehicle on I-71 near Cooke Road last September. Fredrick faces two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence, aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges.
