Jackets Trade Horton, Cracknell In Separate Deals

bluejackets.nhl.com

The Columbus Blue Jackets have acquired winger David Clarkson from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for winger Nathan Horton. Horton has not played all season because of a degenerative condition in his back. Clarkson has 10 goals and five assists in 58 games this season. The Jackets also traded winger  wing Adam Cracknell to the St. Louis Blues for "future considerations." Claimed off waivers on October 7, Cracknell was a frequent healthy scratch for the Jackets this season.
