Judge Dismisses Charges Filed Against Ex-Cleveland Brown Following Golf Course Dispute

cleveland.com

A Bedford Municpial Court judge has dismissed assault and menacing charges against former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker. He was charged with grabbing a man's throat and threatening to shoot him at a golf course last April in a dispute over etiquette. Rucker completed community service and apologized to the victim. Rucker was previously sentenced to 21 months in prison for stealing from two charities with which he was connected.
