Judge Issues Toxic Algae Bloom Order To EPA

A federal judge has ordered the U.S. EPA to get to work on stopping the growth of  future algae blooms in Lake Erie.

The judge has ordered the agency to enforce the Clean Water Act and aggressively reduce the farm runoff that's blamed for toxic algae.  Environmental groups sued the feds to force action, saying the current voluntary approach isn't working.
