A Columbus man faces two counts of arson for a pair of vehicle fires set last month on the northeast side. Fire officials say Conrad Smith Jr. set a car on fire on Chauncy Road on October 19th. Authorities say the second vehicle fire happened a mile away and 20 minutes later in the 12-hundred block of Puritan Avenue. Smith is due in court November 29th.
