Local Neo-Nazi Website Publisher Trying To Avoid In-Person Deposition In Lawsuit

wikipedia

The operator of a Worthington-based neo-Nazi website claims it's too dangerous for him to travel to the U.S. for a deposition in a lawsuit accusing him of terrorizing a Montana real estate agent's family.

Attorneys for Daily Stormer founder Andrew Anglin have asked a federal judge to excuse him from the deposition. They say Anglin hasn't lived in the U.S. for years and fears for his safety if his whereabouts are disclosed. Attorneys for plaintiff Tanya Gersh say Anglin's request is baseless and fits a pattern of gamesmanship. Court records show Anglin dubiously suggested meeting them in Cuba or Venezuela.
