Man Charged With Killing Granddaughter Released On Recognizance Bond

A Franklin County judge has granted a recognizance bond for the elderly man accused of shooting and killing his granddaughter at his home last week.  

72-year old Booker Moody has  dementia.  Police say 19-year-old Jordan Williams was killed by Moody at the Berkeley Road home they shared when she did not have her keys and knocked on his bedroom window.
