The man charged with pointing a laser at a Columbus Police helicopter on two occassions last July has been indicted on four criminal counts.
37-year-old Eugene Robinson was arrested after allegedly pointing the laser at the copter from the area of Regina Avenue and Hodges Drive on the east side. The pilot was temporarily blinded and forced to divert the aircraft. Robinson is due to appear in court next week. No word on a motive.
