Man Enters Plea In Suspected Mercy Killing

The man charged with shooting and killing his wife at an Akron hospital earlier this month in a suspected mercy killing pleaded not guilty this morning.

66-year-old John Wise is charged with aggravated murder, murder and felonious assault. A friend says the man's wife, Barbara, had been disabled by a stroke when he shot her in the intensive care unit.
