Columbus police say one man was killed early Saturday following an altercation with several suspects.
Police say John Medlin IV was shot and killed on South Warren Avenue following an altercation at Warren and Olive Streets. A child accompanying Medlin was assaulted by one or more of the suspects, and is hospitalized in stable condition. No word on a motive and no arrests have been made.
