Man Who Escaped From Local Mental Health Facility Recaptured

The bank robbery suspect who escaped from a Hilltop psychiatric hospital is back in custody.  Columbus police say Robert Gardner was arrested Sunday on Polaris Parkway.  Gardner escaped from the Twin Valley Behavioral Hospital on Saturday.
