Norton Outdoor Advertising says it's in the process of removing voter-fraud messages from billboards in the Cincinnati area following complaints about voter intimidation.
The company says it has reached an agreement with a family foundation that has been running the messages that read "Voter Fraud Is A Felony." The company says the foundation bought the messages to make
people aware of voting regulations, not to make a political statement. Clear Channel Outdoor said earlier this week it was pulling voter-fraud billboards after similar complaints.
