Motorist Indicted For Striking And Killing Local Jogger

A Delaware man has been indicted for a hit and run crash that killed a jogger in Westerville last August. Prosecutors say 32-year-old Jonathon Coffman was impaired by several drugs when he struck and killed 68-year-old Linda Evans on Park Meadow Drive.  Coffman told police he had taken a drug to treat bi-polar disorder before  he got behind the wheel..
