Ohio Company Recalling Pet Food

A Miami Valley company is issuing a recall of several brands of pet food. St. Marys-based Pro-Pet says possible Salmonella contamination was found in a batch of dog and cat foods sold in Ohio and 28 other states. The affected brands are Hubbard Life, Joy Combo and QC Plus with "best by" dates of May Sixth and Seventh of 2014. Anyone who has the potentially tainted food should stop using it and call the company for refund information. The number to call is 1-888-765-4190.
