Principals Suspended Amid Abuse Allegations

Two principals at Highland Elementary School in Morrow County have been suspended for not reporting sexual misconduct allegations involving a student.

Debra Knechtly and Michael Winkelfoos allegedly failed to notify police immediately after learning of the alleged abuse of a student.  Police are investigating.
