The Chillicothe mill that produces carbonless paper is being sold to a private equity firm.
Pennsylvania-based Glatfelter has agreed to sell the mill to the Lindsay Goldberg LLC, which says it has no plans to close the mill or cease any operations. Glatfelter has also sold its mills in Fremont and those in three other states for a total of 360 million dollars.
