Ohio Secretary of State John Husted has ordered recounts in three local November contests. Recounts will be held December 4 in the Reynoldsburg School Board, the Reynoldsburg City Council and the Canal Winchester City Council races. Ohio law requires an automatic recount when the vote margin in a race is point-five percent or less.
