State's Oldest Elected Official Passes Away

The man state lawmakers formally dubbed Ohio’s oldest elected official has passed away. 

99-year-old New Albany City Council member Glyde Marsh died at his home on Tuesday. A memorial service is scheduled Friday afternoon. Marsh served in World War II and was a practicing veterinarian. Marsh was elected to Council in 1993.  Friday would have been his 100th birthday.
