SUPCUS Declines To Hear Beasley's Appeal

drc.ohio.gov

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeal of an Ohio man sentenced to death for killing three unemployed men lured by fake online job offers in 2011.

The Ohio Supreme Court upheld the death sentence for 59-year-old Richard Beasley last February. Beasley argued  Justice Pat DeWine should have recused himself because he's the son of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, whose office argued the case. Beasley previously argued there were multiple errors at his trial.
