Victoria's Secret Pulls Product Line Amid Complaints

The owner of Victoria's Secret is under fire for some Asian-inspired lingerie that some have deemed offensive.Columbus-based Limited Brands owns the lingerie firm. The company has removed its entire "Go East" collection from its website after several female bloggers complained about its "Sexy Little Geisha" offering. The nearly 100 dollar piece of Victoria's Secret lingerie was advertised as "your ticket to an exotic adventure," but critics say given the history of geishas, Victoria's Secret was in poor taste to advertise or sell the item. The company has yet to comment on the controversy.
