Court documents show former Ohio State University marching band director Jon Waters can no longer afford the legal team helping him fight for reinstatement. The documents filed by the attorneys ask a federal judge to withdraw them from the case. It could spell the end of Waters' efforts to fight his July 2014 termination. Waters says he's weighing his options. Ohio State fired Waters for allegedly ignoring a "sexualized culture" in the band. Waters' has filed a lawsuit against the school alleging gender discrimination.
