Whitehall school district officials have placed a Yearling High School employee on leave following an allegation of sexual misconduct with a student.
The district says the employee works in the drama department, but a name and other details have not been released. Police are investigating and the district will recommend the school board terminate the employee at a meeting next Thursday.
