Wind Damage Forces Temporary Closure Of Portion Of East Broad Street

wikipedia

Strong winds downed trees and utility lines yesterday, knocking out power for thousands in Ohio. Power outages were reported in areas around Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Columbus, Akron and Cleveland. Columbus police have closed East Broad Street near High Street until at least 9 a.m.  after a window at the Rhodes State Office tower became dislodged in high winds. The city says repairs are underway to dozens of damaged traffic signals.
