The annual state audit of the Columbus City Schools is a mix of good and bad news.State Auditor David Yost released his findings overnight, saying the district did not provide accurate student attendance information. He recommends new procedures to bring the district into compliance. The audit also says Columbus voters should expect to see an operating levy on the ballot as early as November to eliminate future budget deficits.
