A third Columbus City Schools administrator is stepping down amid the district's data-rigging scandal.

State auditor David Yost has announced the some Columbus City Schools officials could face criminal charges as a result of his investigation into an attendance rigging scandal. 

A Columbus City Schools source tells WCBE superintendent Gene Harris will announce her retirement this afternoon.
