A Summit County judge has ruled the last of five suspects in a plot to bomb a bridge over the Cuayhoga Valley National Park is mentally competent to stand trial.
Three men accused of trying to blow up a bridge over the Cuayhoga Valley National Park pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges.
