A stretch of state highway west of Cincinnati named for a U.S. Marine killed in Iraq seven years ago is among the latest in a fast-growing number of roadway memorials to Ohio's fallen troops.
The state is temporarily putting the brakes on its plan to privatize rest areas on state routes, after a deadline for potential developers passed with no one showing any interest.
