A Pickaway County man who fled to California to escape charges in the shaken-baby death of a 10-month-old boy will serve 19 years in prison.
Pickaway County Sheriff's deputies have now issued an arrest warrant for a man in Thursday's shaken-baby syndrome death of a ten-month-old boy.
