Get into the holiday spirit with a visit to the Conservatory! Our halls have been decked out with extravagant scenes featuring hundreds of unique poinsettias, including the stunning poinsettia trees. Be sure to bring your camera, as the Dorothy M. Davis Showhouse is filled with photo-ready vignettes that showcase distinct plantings, decorations, and color palettes. You won't want to miss this festive wonderland!

The Ohio Art League, an innovative leader in Ohio that has been supporting artists’ careers since 1909. The Fall Juried Exhibition is part of a bi-annual tradition that has been a mainstay of the arts in Ohio for several years. The exhibition is ever changing, pairing member artists from every imaginable medium with a juror that brings their own flair to the selection process. The 2023 Fall Juried Exhibition features over 60 pieces of art from across the state of Ohio chosen by juror Bellamy Printz, a co-founder of Zygote Press in Cleveland, a non-profit printmaking workshop now in its 25th year of operations.

Al Sheppard, an 81-year-old music enthusiast, is opening up his extensive recordcollection (the second-largest in Ohio) to Sotto Terra as a part of the speakeasy’s new “Way Back Wednesdays.” Sheppard will serve as the lounge’s DJ, spinning 45s from as early as 1949 to rock’n’roll albums from the 1980s. “You won’t hear this music every day on the radio,” says Sheppard of his unique record collection. “It’s not necessarily music you can dance to.” Guests will experience a curated music selection from Sheppard as they sit back, relax (or get up and dance) and enjoy an evening cocktail amidst a sexy, 1940s lounge atmosphere.Sotto Terra’s “Way Back Wednesdays” will occur every Wednesday from 6-9pm,beginning September 6th. Guests can indulge in specialty craft cocktails and experience the speakeasy’s new fall menu displayed in print, not a QR code.It's going to be a blast!!! We'll see you next Wednesday!!!!
