Sheet Pan Dinners by ‘Chefs in the City’
This is a cooking demonstration presented by Rich Terapak and Steve Stover of ‘Chefs in the City’. Steve and Rich celebrate fall by featuring sheet pan dinners, one of the hottest trends in cooking. Steve will demonstrate slow roasted salmon with fennel and lime. Rich will counter with sheet pan chicken with shallots and grapes. The menu will also include a salad with warm, nut-encrusted chèvre, an updated version of focaccia bread with herbs and an apple galette with pecans for dessert.
