SWACO Signs Deal With Florida Company

The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio is teaming up with a Florida company called Team Gemini, which plans to create hundreds of jobs by building local waste recycling facilities.The goal is to reduce the stress on the Franklin County Landfill. Mike Foley reports.
